A short run and meditation in the morning never hurts anyone and it sets the tone for the day very well.
It's important that we make it all as easy for ourselves as we can so we don't have an excuse to postpone it or leave it altogether.
Make it easy by putting ur running gear too close and easy to get.
Get water bottle ready in the evening and get ur headset and everything charged and by the bed.
Choose your music in advance and make a schedule for the day in advance.
Sleep in your running suit if u have to. Lol
When u wake up, don't give urself thinking time and don't respond to everything on your phone.
When u wake up it should be like BOOM 1, 2 ,3 HERE WE GOOO.
